It's a pleasure having my vehicles serviced by the team at Auburn Toyota. They are friendly, professional and get the work done quickly and proficiently! I’ve had a few oil changes at the Herb Chambers Toyota Service Department. Although I’m not a regular customer, Jim Banach is always very courteous and helpful. Always great service Arrived on a Saturday morning for an oil change and state inspection. I did not make an appointment and was advised the wait may be 2 hours. The service area and waiting area were neat and clean with distancing set up for payment and hand sanitizer available for customers throughout. All the customers and employees had masks on. I was pleasantly surprised to have the service complete within an hour. Great service in all my interactions with this location. More

Good experience at the Auburn MA Toyota service facility I just got an oil change at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn MA. They had a coupon to make it less expensive, which was why I went there. It went well, and took about an hour. I went for a walk in the local neighborhood while I was waiting, which was very nice. A good experience, and it was possible to maintain safety in this era of Covid-19. More
