I’ve had a great experience with this dealership. . I do think that when I made the appointment for my 2025 1st oil change & check up my service person should mention it could take up to 3 hours, wo . I do think that when I made the appointment for my 2025 1st oil change & check up my service person should mention it could take up to 3 hours, would you like to reserve our complimentary vehicle? Or just say the length of time. I had several details that I didn’t know but after 3+ hours they didn’t even address my questions in reference to my vehicle. Thanks More

My wife and I "ordered" a CT5 on November 10th, 2025. We wanted an AWD with the V6. We were required to leave a 5k deposit for our order to be placed. Today, 12/10 we received a phone call stating that o We wanted an AWD with the V6. We were required to leave a 5k deposit for our order to be placed. Today, 12/10 we received a phone call stating that our car was not ordered and it wouldn't be until January but that couldn't be guaranteed. I was upset to say the least on why it wasn't ordered on November 10th. They gave us a lot of excuses and every time we tried to get clarification they changed their story. After several calls going back and forth we cancelled the deal and requested our deposit back. We immediately drove to another Cadillac to place our order. That dealership told us that the CT5 with a V6 ended that production option on 12/01/2025. Sullivan Cadillac outright lied to us about ordering a Cadillac in January as it no longer an option. They cannot be trusted to order a car for you even when taking a 5k deposit. I checked with two other Cadillac dealerships, and they only require 1k. They commit fraud by taking my money and never ordered what they were supposed to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.... More
