Advisor did not honor discounts he previously verbally agreed to and also did not want to honor coupons - felt like he lied. Advisor seemed to be working to find things that he could say were wrong - ext agreed to and also did not want to honor coupons - felt like he lied. Advisor seemed to be working to find things that he could say were wrong - extreme upsale- felt like you were getting ripped off. Advisor did not explain, show or detail items repaired. The dealership needs to have a shuttle. It is ridiculous to only give a $10 Lyft credit - that does not even get you a few miles. Rides should be covered for a 5 mile radius. Dealership needs to be more competitively priced. Other Honda dealerships have much better service coupons. More
