He caught a failing battery during a load test (dead cell); Honda replaced the warrantied battery, of course no charge. I am grateful for the tech's thoroughness in his work, catching the battery problem. If it is possible to recognize him for my thanks, please do so. No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas).
