From the very beginning with phone calls and email communicat James Callender provided me with the best experience possible purchasing my new Outback! From the very beginning with phone calls and email communication all the way to the last detail during the actual car purchase, James excelled at what he does- being the best dealer during a very big step/purchase in my life. Everyone knows car purchases are time consuming and stressful situations, but James made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire experience and package. James was also very flexible with me as I had to come back twice due to my work schedule to make the deal happen. He also helped me with several DMV related problems as my car was being registered in a different state. James dedicated every second to me even after the actual purchase was made, explaining every detail about the car features and how to set up several tech apps on the car/phone. I hope everyone purchasing a new subaru is able to have James Callander as a dealer! More
