I bought a 2016 F-150 here in April and had a great experience. Sean Gregory (sales), Charles (sales manager), and Michael Allen worked hard to get me a fair deal and make the extended warranty afforda experience. A few months later, the warranty company denied over $10,000 in needed repairs when I took the truck to a Ford dealer. Frustrated, I called Leesburg, and they told me to bring it to them. The General Manager JC, Ronald Delgado, and the service team stepped in, negotiated with the warranty company, and got about $12,000 in repairs covered. On top of that, they did several in free maintenance to fix another issue and provided me with a loaner truck for 1.5 months. Leesburg Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram didn’t just sell me a truck — they stood behind me when it mattered most. This is a dealership you can trust. More

I was totally impressed with the service organization. Everyone was helpful and for the first time ever I received a video of my vehicle inspection from the tech working on it. I also witnessed one of the service advisors, Katie, inspect an elderly gentlemen's vehicle prior to delivery and noticed a tire needed air but she went further, and saw the fuel gauge was on empty, and that this customer probably was in need of help financially. Katie took twenty dollars out of her own pocket and asked a porter to put gas in the vehicle. Turns out Katie used a tip she received earlier in the day to pay for this customer's fuel. I have never seen anything like this before. I let the GM, JC know and he immediately went back to congratulate the team on their efforts. I also let the Chairman of Morgan Automotive Group know about this dealership's level of service. I will definitely be returning... and asking for Katie!!! More
