I had called about 5 different Ferrari dealers in the country with very little feed back and or sense of urgency that I may be a Ferrari buyer. Then comes Gregg Jacobs, he reminds me of a leach and or a country with very little feed back and or sense of urgency that I may be a Ferrari buyer. Then comes Gregg Jacobs, he reminds me of a leach and or a tick. Once he gets on, he doesn't get off. I can assure you that I wanted the white Lusso that you guys had and he hung with me all the way until he found the advantage Lusso that made me happy and made you guys money. Nothing wrong with making a profit. Gregg did a great job. Then James took over and made all the paperwork and busy work to get the deal closed very easy. I have talked to Gregg a few more times after the sale and James is always given me emails and great service on the closing end of the sale. Who the heck buys a Ferrari from San Francisco that lives in Kentucky. Well I did, and it just shows you that relationship selling still works. I have a Construction Equipment Companys and I have always told my sales people that relationship selling is what people still want! It was an enjoyable experience and have wanted a Ferrari for years and couldn't have been happier with my buying experience from Ferrari of San Francisco. One other thing that you guys do well is keep up with your Inventory on line(pictures). Nothing is more irritating than looking at pictures on line and you see a spot that says "Coming soon"!
