Great relationship - Great Friendship My first experience with Ferrari of SF was about 3 years ago. I have been a Ferrari owner since 1977! The first transaction was a 2015 Bianco Fuji O My first experience with Ferrari of SF was about 3 years ago. I have been a Ferrari owner since 1977! The first transaction was a 2015 Bianco Fuji Opaco F12 with Rosso Corsa alcantara interior! A beauty! James Chou, the sales manager assisted with the purchase then transferred the client relationship to Jeff Harley. Jeff has been amazing to work with, from knowledge of Ferrari cars to guidance on resale to spec'ing a new 488 Spider that I purchased for my wife. (Bianco Fuji of course) We have done 4 other Ferrari transactions including a 488 Challenge car we purchased last week. With Jeff's involvement, I have brought 4 friends into the world of Ferrari in the past couple years. I have nothing but accolades for the Ferrari of SF team and General Manager Mark Paddock! More

The Dealer Experience was as Amazing as the Car James treated me, a loyal BMW M3 owner, with respect and compassion. I was moving off my 8 year old M3 to a something different. I was considering a new BMW or possibly a Porsche 911. On my way to Porsche Marin, I decided to visit Ferrari of San Francisco, across the street. It was my first time in a Ferrari dealership and knew nothing of the models and the ownership experience. James knew exactly what to do. He was personable and no question was off limits. All this time I had the belief that Ferrari ownership was for the privilege few. But that is not true, M3 owners can graduate to a Ferrari. The best aspect of the dealer experience was the purchase process. It was smooth with many items handled over the phone. I was used to the 4 hours at the BMW dealership, but with Ferrari it's was easy and fun. Because of that first Ferrari purchase and pleasant experience, I have been loyal to Ferrari, Ferrari of San Francisco, and James. Thank you team for my 4th purchase! Looking forward to my 5th. More

There are many high end cars but Ferrari has the distinction of making ownership a unique experience. It is this commitment to making you feel like part of the "family " that makes me come back year after year for new models and to recommend Ferrari to my friends over any other brand. Management and staff seem to work very well together and it make for the best experience.
