Amazing experience with the Sales team rep James James was amazing from beginning to end. I was able to lease my first vehicle without any headaches. Swept away I was swept away with the customer service. I stopped in during a downpour of rain for an oil change without an appointment. I received immediate attention from the start of my visit. my service advisor Rodolfo reminded me that I was behind in having my tires rotated and on a recall feature. I agreed to have the services rendered.. I was really impressed with the new service waiting area. During my wait I visited with James, who was my original sales rep. He took the time to answer my questions and remembered to ask about my wife. Overall I had a very pleasant customer experience. Keep up the great work team More

A lot of shady information First of all I had a lease, then I decided to buy the car since my wife needed the car. I was with my family doing the purchase and didn’t have much t First of all I had a lease, then I decided to buy the car since my wife needed the car. I was with my family doing the purchase and didn’t have much time to review the contract. I was advised to purchase extra Garantee which I did for 1,800, however when I reviewed the contract I was charged 2,500 instead. Furthermore there were a few minor twicks like wash the car and so on that I was told to get and they never happened. Very disappointed with dealer. I was planning to buy another car there, but now I’ll start looking some other place. Very disappointed with that dealer. More
