Committed to excellence ! First and foremost, I would like to start off by simply complimenting Eastchester on their consistency and commitment to excellence. On my first purc First and foremost, I would like to start off by simply complimenting Eastchester on their consistency and commitment to excellence. On my first purchase of a 2019 Dodge Durango there was a bit of a miscommunication, on behave of myself and the dealership. Not only did they contact me and apologize for the miscommunication, but they invited me back in to ensure this mistake was corrected. In fact my salesman James came in on his day off to continue to work with me until the right deal was done. I believe the biggest thing that was most astonishing to me from a customers standpoint, was leaving there not feeling like they just wanted to make a sale, but having the feeling they wanted their customers to feel happy, excited , and confident about the purchase they made. I can undoubtedly say that, that was my experience. In conclusion, I would like to point out that once a deal is agreed upon their job is done, so they didn’t have to contact me and call me back to ensure I received the vehicle I wanted not only in the exact color, but also with all the features. I will not only recommend Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge but I will pursue people to purchase vehicles from them. More
