Times have been tough with the chip shortage causing long lead times and increased pricing in the market. Luckily I had reached out to Dan Magana to order a new Subaru and he happily helped. He made the whol lead times and increased pricing in the market. Luckily I had reached out to Dan Magana to order a new Subaru and he happily helped. He made the whole process smooth leading up to the delivery and sale. After the car was delivered and I came to purchase it, I also had great interactions with Rich O'Conner, Miguel Hernandez, and James Flores. This was my second vehicle I have purchase from Liberty Auto City, and I intend to buy my next one there since this was a pleasant experience! More

My wife and I set up an appointment to see a car that was for sale. We had found a price listed on TrueCar and verified with the dealer that they would honor the price. We arrived to see the car. My experience at Liberty Auto City Subaru was phenomenal! This dealership, which is family-owned, is professional, honest, extremely caring and sincere. As a first time buyer, I was naturally cautious, but This dealership, which is family-owned, is professional, honest, extremely caring and sincere. As a first time buyer, I was naturally cautious, but I soon realized that this dealership was not like the others I had visited. There was no pressure, no hassle, no game playing, or sneaky tricks with the cost of the vehicle. My entire car buying experience was truly enjoyable and made easy for me. My salesperson, Damian Podgorski is beyond exceptional. I cannot fully express how marvelous he is. Damian is so knowledgeable and kind. He patiently explained all of the features of the Subaru, anticipating any questions I might have. He also told me to call him if I ever had any questions about the car. He told me it would be much easier than poring through the manual. Could anyone be more considerate than that? Damian also called me the evening after I bought the car to make sure that all was okay and to sign me up for the free road side/emergency assistance that came with the car. He then followed up again the next day too. I was also incredibly impressed by James Flores, Liberty Auto City Subaru’s Sales Manager, and Miguel Hernandez, who handled the financing. Both were honorable gentleman, a stark contrast to individuals I had met at other dealerships. Furthermore, the delivery of the vehicle was flawless and the dealership’s facility was beautiful. Out of the many car dealership experiences we've had in the last few years in the US, I'd definitely rate this one we had with James Flores and Ron Robbins as one of the best yet. They were very informativ the last few years in the US, I'd definitely rate this one we had with James Flores and Ron Robbins as one of the best yet. They were very informative, respectful, and even worked with us to make sure we get the car at the price we were comfortable with. We purchased a 2020 Subaru BRZ and thankfully spent the entire time on the right-hand half of the building. It's still hard to believe how this entire purchase experience was so pleasant, whereas just a couple of years ago we were treated with disrespect at the other end of the same building (Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM-SRT), where Yedidiah Israel was being a total J**K (I wish I could've used better words here), being very insulting, placing his feet on the table while talking to the customer (us of course), straight away denied for a test-drive telling us that he would only let us test-drive the vehicle "after" we purchase it (a Dodge Challenger), which if you ask anyone who's been even remotely through the car buying experience on either side of the transaction, makes no sense at all. Great people to work with, but I'll still be hesitant to recommend the other (left) side to any of my friends, I just don't want anyone to be treated like that. I also cannot update my bad review of Google Maps as I want to make sure people know what kind of a m***n Mr. Israel is. More
