It was a great experience. I went in after going to Mercedes. I wanted to buy another Mercedes. The dealership didn't seem to be interested, as the car I wanted was in Pompano. I went in after going to Mercedes. I wanted to buy another Mercedes. The dealership didn't seem to be interested, as the car I wanted was in Pompano. They tried to sell me a new one on their lot. Long story short, I told them I was going to BMW to test drive the 7 Series. Well. After they didn't want to work with me, I went across the street. Not only did I drive the BMW 760I. I’ve not had such a personable and efficient car-buying experience in my 35+ years of purchasing vehicles. From the very first phone call and warm greeting, the process was outstanding. James Frye set t experience in my 35+ years of purchasing vehicles. From the very first phone call and warm greeting, the process was outstanding. James Frye set the tone—an exemplar of excellent customer care. The Sales Manager not only connected with me during the process but also followed up after delivery, which meant a lot. Milan, a sharp young man, walked me through every feature of the vehicle with patience and knowledge. And the finance manager handled everything with a low-pressure, professional approach that made the final step seamless. I truly appreciate the care each person took to ensure I had a great experience More
