Said the problem with our CarPlay was the cord we used. However, CarPlay in our car is wireless, so that is NOT the problem. Very frustrated because CarPlay fails every single time we use the vehicle and m However, CarPlay in our car is wireless, so that is NOT the problem. All we asked was they try to uninstall and reinstall the software to see if that would fixed the problem, however that was not done. More

Ford always takes care of me… in this case, I brought my Ford F150 and take care of a handful of recalls and they needed to keep my truck overnight so they promptly set me up a rental car and had enterprise Ford F150 and take care of a handful of recalls and they needed to keep my truck overnight so they promptly set me up a rental car and had enterprise pick me up at my home then when I dropped it off. I just drove it to Ford and they took care of the rest. Highly recommended More

The service on our 2016 Ford Expedition was exceptional. Luis really took care of my wife trouble shooting the problem (it was a faulty ignition coil) and completing the work and getting her back on the ro Luis really took care of my wife trouble shooting the problem (it was a faulty ignition coil) and completing the work and getting her back on the road in a timely manner.
