I was overcharged at Greenway Kia Rivergate for being a young woman and then ignored for over a month when I tried to resolve it respectfully and directly. Repeated calls to the service manager, Josh Su young woman and then ignored for over a month when I tried to resolve it respectfully and directly. Repeated calls to the service manager, Josh Sutton, went unanswered. Management promised follow-up multiple times and never delivered. For a month I called multiple times a day and was put on hold, hung up on, promised calls back in “just a few minutes” and then eventually my number recognized and blocked. Using two other phones, I called and was connected right away but once they realized it was me, those were both blocked too. This dealership takes advantage of customers and avoids accountability. I will be escalating this to Kia Corporate and the dealership owners. While I will be placing a dispute with my credit card to attempt to recovering my money; the premise is that the management here does not respect their customers, if that’s due to my young age or gender I’ll never know but anyone thinking of doing business here or bringing a car for service should heavily reconsider. More

When I informed him on how I would spread this information to customer and leave a negative review, he threatened that the police would be called. I went with my elder handicap father so it was just completely unprofessional. He proceeded to follow us to the car and told us to never come back again. I literally just bought a car from there, so to be treated like that is very alarming. If I wasn’t fraudulent, why can it not be worked out? Before I came, I called up there, and was told the manager would call me. Then I called back and told there was no manager available to assist me. So I drove up there, and I found 2 managers. The manager at the front desk is the one who threatened to call the police after I told him I would let everyone know how I got scammed. Kia cooperate started an investigation. When they called, the same lady who lied about the managers being available told the representative that she could not give out any information and did not answer an of her questions. I will continue to spread this information. Please shop elsewhere! More
