Thank you Marcus, finance manager. Had Marcus not been so unkind, common, and downright rude; I would have NOT taken my business elsewhere! I visited Greenway Kia Rivergate in May 202 Had Marcus not been so unkind, common, and downright rude; I would have NOT taken my business elsewhere! I visited Greenway Kia Rivergate in May 2026, for a Kia Carnival advertised online for $30,000. I called before I went and spoke with Ulysse. However, when I arrived, I was informed the 2024 Carnival was actually a few thousand more. (false advertisement). All was going okay while my brother was with me speaking with Marcus; once my brother left and I had the nerve to negotiate for a lower price, which I was prepared to pay in full (cash). Marcus implied he would give me a discount making the carnival $32,000. He then went on to suggest I finance in lieu of paying in full. Marcus became irate when I rejected, he proceeded to get loud in front of not only his co-workers (a couple of them snickered) sating in close proximity, also my young grandchildren sitting right beside me. I left that hot crowded small trailer immediately. Needless to say, I had to have a talk with my grands about his unprofessional behavior. A couple of weeks later, I seen online the same carnival being advertised for $29,000; which I was prepared to purchase at that time had I been treated fairly. Fortunately, the last weekend in May 2026, at another car dealership much more professional, kind and pleasant I purchased a 2025 Kia Carnival with lower milage, they gladly accepted my payment in full! My grandchildren were present and were able to witness the difference from this dealership compared to how I was treated at Greenway Kia in Rivergate by marcus (lower caps purposely)! As for Ulysse, it's probably a good idea not to call someone, especially me, on a Sunday morning, getting upset when the person says something you don't like. Ulysse was quick to bring God in the conversation. Well, Ulysse, yes God is good and what you seemed to have forgotten, God doesn't like ugly! More

Very dishonest people when it come to warranties on your car! If something breaks on your car and you've only got five thousand miles on it plus it's a brand new carl then fix it. Brand new cat, Brand new start! Both Dwayne & Marcus are beyond AWESOME!!! Long story short we just recently relocated here to Nashville, TN due to the current Hurricane Michael that Both Dwayne & Marcus are beyond AWESOME!!!
