My daughter has been dealing with issues for a while with her car. Brian and James were working with us because they knew what issues she had dealt with the dealerships back in Michigan. Brian and James had told my daughter that they would get her car from Michigan and bring her a loaner from Chicago so they could replace the break pad or recall on her brake pad that they had said was the reason causing her brake malfunctions in the first place. Brian and James told my daughter that they had ordered the part and once the part was in they would bring the loaner to my daughter in Michigan and grab her car and take it back to Chicago to fix that issue so she would not deal with the brake malfunction again. Well my daughter got her car back a week later and when she got it back her car was giving her a notification about brake malfunction again and about the repair needing to be done. My daughter emailed Brian the office manager and he told her he would see when the program was available. So, we’re a bit confused if anything was done to my daughter’s car because obviously there wasn’t since the notification keeps coming up and since Brian had stated that he would check Monday because supposedly the program was available in December. We are very upset because we’ve been loyal BMW customers for some time now. More

I had a dealer-issued coupon for $75 off my tires, but I was unable to use it despite there being no mention in the fine print that tires were excluded. The cashier claimed I had already received a discount, which was untrue, as the final price I paid was higher than the original quoted price after tax. A representative who reviewed my invoice confirmed that no discount had been applied. I’ve successfully used a similar coupon for a tire purchase in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly frustrating. No one seemed willing to help, and since my service advisor wasn’t available, I ended up paying the full amount despite having the coupon.
