I went in without an appointment because I needed a new battery. James met me right away when I pulled in. He checked me in and got my car looked at right away. I had to wait while they worked on it and he battery. James met me right away when I pulled in. He checked me in and got my car looked at right away. I had to wait while they worked on it and he kept me informed the entire time. He made the wait more tolerable because he was very kind. I even told him I didn’t know how to reconnect my phone now that the battery was changed, and he immediately got someone to help me! Thank you James and Nate. James is awesome! More

Terrible communication. Went without my car for 10 days….just had brake fluid changed and also diagnosed an issue. Service department was swamped. Probably will need another car, but weirdly no inquiries into what I might be thinking about purchasing. And after all the run around they didn’t even run the car through the car wash! More
