James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

James and Iran were the two people we spent the most time with, everyone we met was great though and made our experience comfortable. James was able to help us by being patient and as low pressure by identifying and accepting that i needed to do research and gather information, as well as my wife's who had different needs. Iran was able to communicate value for the "bumper to bumper" warranty that i have never considered, and though we didn't go with it, his knowledge of that and all the details of the financing made me trust the dealership the contract and strongly consider adding it on in the next 30 days or on the next vehicle we purchase. I don't know the name of the other person we met, I believe he was a manager of some kind, which would explain why the team that helped us was so personable and professional, he was able to address my concerns with being able to pay in the way that i wanted to pay. More
