James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

James Hicks was a pleasure to work with. Was very knowledgeable about the cars and stayed late for me to come back and pick up the car I bought earlier in the day. I live 4 hours away. Called the dealership ended up with Mr. Hicks as my salesperson. We had to to everything over the phone. Ended up getting an amazing truck. Even when he is out of the office, he still t Mr. Hicks as my salesperson. We had to to everything over the phone. Ended up getting an amazing truck. Even when he is out of the office, he still takes time to take a personal phone call on his time. Went through the vehicle when I got there. All the staff was very friendly. Would definitely drive 8hrs again to buy a vehicle from him. Love the hat. Thanks again. More

I use to love this dealer ship. People were nice and some of them honest. The quality of service in the repair department has gone to xxxx. The only people that were fair and nice left. One guy had nerve enough to tell me my car doesn't need an oil change for 100 thousand miles. He should be fired. Joe use to be helpful when his people were out of order, he has gotten rude just like the others. More
