They did a great job up until the point that I had requested them to replace the negative terminal and cable on my wife’s Mazda 3. As the battery had corroded and died, causing me to replace the batte requested them to replace the negative terminal and cable on my wife’s Mazda 3. As the battery had corroded and died, causing me to replace the battery but I needed the terminal and cable replaced by them. They didn’t touch the terminal nor cable, didn’t even replace the heavily corroded nut that I could barely get off or put back on when I swapped the battery out. When I dropped the vehicle off for service not only was that in the comments but I made sure to mention it to the person working the service desk. More
