Some my previous dealing with dealership were not so great your best service guy is an older guy I think it John but not sure but also after I left the truck I had ask for a full break job front and bac great your best service guy is an older guy I think it John but not sure but also after I left the truck I had ask for a full break job front and back the person that called me told me he did not recommend replacing back breaks it was no need I really though that was great it saved me money and put a little trust in your dealership. I have a new request my truck makes a loping sound when I make a hard turn I was looking for recall on front ball joints or a tie rod but could not find any but I work with two other guy that told me that there’s does the same thing. Could I get some feedback on this issue. More

I was told that due to cuts in my windshield wipers, inspection could not be done. The wipers are pretty new. Went to another inspection place and no problem. Car passed inspection just fine. Last inspection could not be done. The wipers are pretty new. Went to another inspection place and no problem. Car passed inspection just fine. Last week 'check engine' light came on. Went to repair dept,. Ms Flores told me they could not look at the car for a week. Asked about the light and she said if it started blinking or the car stopped to bring it in. Oh and the diagnostic fee was $175.00. I said that 2 weeks ago it was $75 and she said "well, it went up". That did it. After 20+ relationship with Starr/Haik I am done. Took me car to an auto place and they tested the system and found the problem and recommended another dealer. And there was no charge. So...........Goodbye. More
