My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Nimnicht Buick GMC Jacksonville both yesterday (5.29.2016) and again today when we went back to pick up the used car we'd purchased. We've lived here in Jacksonville for just over 7 years and had heard and seen a lot of Nimnicht ads over the years (television, radio and newspaper), so we decided to give them a chance - and boy, they did not disappoint. We actually had a very enjoyable experience! At a car dealership looking for a car to buy!! Unheard of. It was all because of the marvelous and kind Salesperson that assisted us . His name is James Jones. From the moment that he greeted us outside as we arrived, we had a really nice and stress-free time..thanks to Mr. Jones. He's a definite asset to the company. Honest, friendly, not pushey at all. We were pleasantly surprised - and, we got a great deal on a fantastic SUV! We had such a nice experience that we gave Mr. Jones a greeting card when our transaction with him was finished this afternoon-and a few hugs. If you're looking for a place to buy a new or used vehicle, we highly recommend Nimnicht Buick GMC -- and please, make sure and ask for James Jones. It was no debate that I wanted another Encore after rescue stated how lucky I was and that the Encore held up very well in the accident. I went to Nimnicht knowing exactly what I wanted, features, color and everything. Much to my surprise and kudos to Nimnicht for having exactly what I wanted in there inventory. The sale went smooth and all the staff were all great, helpful and very friendly. I can't thank Nimnicht enough for a seamless transaction and a great experience!!! More

What a joke! Found a used car they advertised online, and we called ahead to make sure they still had the car available before we drove AN HOUR to come look at it Found a used car they advertised online, and we called ahead to make sure they still had the car available before we drove AN HOUR to come look at it. Tessa told us they still had the car available, and she even confirmed it with her manager, James. We got there a few hours after the call, and the sales guy tells us that they sold the car last week. The manager and sales woman wouldn't even come out to talk to us personally when we got there. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. More
