The people who regularly help me in Sales (James) and in the service department (Amy Gasabyan) are professionals. They know how to accurately answer my questions, address my concerns and provide me with goo the service department (Amy Gasabyan) are professionals. They know how to accurately answer my questions, address my concerns and provide me with good advice 100% of the time. I am not an easy to please customer, but they always come through. I had an issue with squeaky breaks, and Amy explained what my options were with cost and trade-off, leaving the decision up to me but providing me with good information to decide. My car breaks are fine now, thank you Amy. James is one of the few salespeople whose business card I kept. He knew everything about the car my wife and I were looking for (new X3). Knew the options, the mileage, the colors. Exactly what I expect a professional salesperson to be. I am looking forward to buying my next BMW with help from James.
