I called about a used BMW listed on there website and asked about availability. The person answering said it looks like this particular vehicle is in the service department and it was on a Sunday. Surprisingly he called me back within 10 min, that this I3 was not available that day but we have others. He put me in touch with James Kim, which greeted me promptly upon arrival and offered me a road test. I purchased vehicle right after road test and drove home with it the same afternoon. Price was great, vehicle in good condition and Lucy answered a question I had on the sales contract promptly even on here day off. More
