I basically came in knowing what car I was interested in, since it was on their website. He made the buying purchase extremely easy. The other gentleman I dealt with, who was also very nice to work with, was Jim Lewis the business manager. He got me my financing at a good rate. I can honestly say that this was one of the best automobile buying experiences I have ever had. Do not hesitate to buy a car from this dealership, and ask for Bill Owen as your salesman. He is terrific! I would also just like to mention that it seems all of the Herb Chambers staff member at all their dealerships are the same way. One of my son's buys his BMW's from their BMW dealership in Boston, and my other son just purchased two 2017 CRV's from his Honda dealership in Westborough, and they both had great experiences with those dealerships and staff. More
