I had a great experience at the Albany Subaru service center. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. But a few ppl that stood out were Tory, Aaron, the gentleman that took my car seat out of my car (I center. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. But a few ppl that stood out were Tory, Aaron, the gentleman that took my car seat out of my car (I think his name might’ve been Terrence) and of course James who is hands down the nicest, kindest, most considerate person I’ve ever had to work with. Truly. I don’t think he will ever know just how much gratitude I have for him, but what he did for me will always stay with me. He didn’t just help, I don’t know how to describe it but with James I knew that this was the one area in my life where I was ok because he was there. In a time where I had a lot going on at once and under a lot of stress and worry; James gave me peace of mind. And for that I’m forever grateful. There’s a Mr. Rogers’ quote that says in times of crisis “look for the helpers” ; well these guys are true helpers. James, Tory, Aaron, and Terrence. On days when you’re dealing with a difficult customer or having a bad day, know that there’s a customer out there who thinks you’re amazing. You made a difference in my life.
