Needed thermo control valve to be replaced. Happy that the replacement part was available and that job was completed same day. xxxxxxto Nikkie for assisting with the tcv issue. Was expecting that since battery was over five years old. Approved battery replacement but was shocked that it cost over $400. Can somebody explain why so expensive? AAA charges about half of that. Service center was quick with diagnostic and was quick to order parts. No immediate available date to follow up but is understandable. The issue I had was requesting to get a loaner. Initially was told by order parts. No immediate available date to follow up but is understandable. The issue I had was requesting to get a loaner. Initially was told by first advisor they would setup a loaner when the parts came in as the car is not drivable for a week by then already; and would take a few days before they can replace with new parts. However was told later by the loaner coordinator that they won’t have one till 2 weeks later, which was disappointing. Ended up having to rent and use GIG car to get around for almost 2 weeks. Minor item was my new wiper blade which still had the protective cover on. The technician had mentioned to first advisor, but was not relayed to me till the second time I brought the car back in for actual replacement by the second advisor. More

James told me the wrong thing. I asked about the sensors in the back were not beeping when backing up he said it was par t of my recall. Which it was NOT true. Is best if they simply said they do not know. disappointment with the customer service. Also about getting my expenses for the year due to taxes its a ridiculous process. More

I came i to have an oil change and to check items that I considered on my extended warranty. I had to pay for the diagnosis, which I did not want to, but I thought the diagnosis was thorough.
