I though about the great experience that I had with James and I called him and we set an appointment for the next day. In the meantime I visited a Toyota dealer and a Nissan dealer in Clermont, Fl. I was not impress with the service that I was offered. The cars were not comfortable. When I went to see James, it was easy to talk to him. He was patient and he listened to me without interruptions. We found the perfect Subaru and today I drove it home gladly. I was told that had I been driving a different car my injuries would be extensive. I was saved by my Subaru and I thank James for his excellent service. More
