Purchase of a new 2017 Subaru Outback. Outstanding team effort from James Menzies and David Roman. I called on Thursday about an Outback that was at Sport. I live quite a distance from them and I wanted this to be easy. I DID receive the best price for the same vehicle that was at our local dealers but they beat that price by a HUGE amount.. Thank you. Coming into the dealership for the first time Saturday Afternoon about 12:45 PM a busy time I might add. They made my wife and I feel comfortable. We drove the car, finished the paperwork and left at 2:30 but it could have been much easier but I brought my Crosstrek to pick up the other vehicle and I mentioned something that was going on with it. They asked me if their technician could look at the issue and maybe suggest something. They took care of this and US. Thank you James and David and the service advisors John and Oz.
