This is the third vehicle my husband and I bought from this dealership, but it almost wasn't. I made the mistake of going to a different dealership where I had an anxiety ridden experience. Fortunately, o this dealership, but it almost wasn't. I made the mistake of going to a different dealership where I had an anxiety ridden experience. Fortunately, on the way to that dealership to deliver my down payment, I passed Bulldog Kia and thought I might get some honest advice from them, since I was feeling so anxious about the deal I'd made. I was right. Thanks to James and Jason I figured a way out of the bad situation I'd gotten into at that other dealership, and into a new car that my husband had been eyeing for months. The best part was that I was able to go from a 2 year old high mileage used vehicle to a new Forte GT with 11 miles for less down and the same monthly payments. Funny thing was, when we were driving to that other dealership I commented to my husband that I felt wrong for not going to Kia, that after 3 spectra 5's and 1 Forte I felt I was cheating on them. I should have trusted my instincts to begin with, but thanks to James and Jason, it worked out in the end. I would also like to mention that James treated me like a real friend. He went above and beyond what he needed to do for us, all the while doing what he could do to make me happy, and celebrating with me in the end. I'll never go anywhere else again. They have my business for life. More

Most Kid Friendly Dealership!! I had my car serviced on Saturday and my 4 year old tagged along. We were there for right around an hour, and in that time he had made so many new fri I had my car serviced on Saturday and my 4 year old tagged along. We were there for right around an hour, and in that time he had made so many new friends! The service employees gave him suckers during our visit, and one of the James let him pick any color balloon and gave it to him! He even made the string long enough so if it was released to the ceiling, it would be reachable- most people don't think about the little things like this!! Joe offered him some of their freshly made popcorn also. My son has asked to always go with me to take our car to the doctor! More
