Juan Aguilera didn’t just sell me a 2026 Civic Sport Touring Hybrid Hatchback, he made me feel like I was test-driving my own destiny (with heated seats). I started the search for my daughter’s new car from 1,023 miles away on the internet. JW and Jim jumped right in and they were transparent, knowledgeable, in guiding me. The person I dealt with the most was Kim Carr. She did my test drive and went over all the features of the CRV. Discussed her experience with Honda vehicles. I did text with Shelbie a few times, but my decision to buy the car was most related to Kim and her knowledge and kindness and also Jamin was great. James in finance was ok. I competed the credit application online and arrived at 6:15 and was told everything was ready. I waited an hour to start signing and then didn't leave until 8:15. I unfortunately felt pressured into buying tire insurance which I regretted after I left. Kim was stellar and made the overall experience great. More
