The person I dealt with the most was Kim Carr. She did my test drive and went over all the features of the CRV. Discussed her experience with Honda vehicles. I competed the credit application online and arrived at 6:15 and was told everything was ready. I waited an hour to start signing and then didn't leave until 8:15. I unfortunately felt pressured into buying tire insurance which I regretted after I left. Kim was stellar and made the overall experience great. More
