Normally, my experiences are quite well with this
dealership, however, this most recent visit it took them 3 1/2 hours to perform an oil change in tire rotation. I was told the maximum of 1 to 2 hour

We understand that 3½ hours is much longer than anyone should expect for routine maintenance, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.
As you mentioned, your previous experiences with us have been positive, and we are disappointed that we fell short during this visit. This time of year is particularly challenging as many of our college employees return to school, creating staffing shortages in our Express Service department. We are actively hiring additional Express Technicians and investing significant time in training new team members so we can restore the level of service our customers expect and deserve.
