Everyone I worked with was wonderful but there was an issue with the key fob for my car which meant it was in the shop for about 3 weeks which was a disappointment. However, while I didn't need it, I was issue with the key fob for my car which meant it was in the shop for about 3 weeks which was a disappointment. However, while I didn't need it, I was offered a loaner car and whenever I texted about status someone got back to me. It has been working great since the fobs were replaced. I would go back to Niello, it is a professional organization. More

The general manager and salesman were most accommodating - went over and above to make me a happy customer. Found the car I wanted and had it delivered to my door. Jane’s and the Audi team were fantastic. I was looking for a specific model in a specific price range and they helped me figure that out. Even though I found the exact car that I was lookin I was looking for a specific model in a specific price range and they helped me figure that out.
