I like Alvin, however, I was told that many defects to the body of my vehicle would be erased, it wasn't. Lexy was kind, helpful and patient addressing all of my questions and concerns . She took and sent pictures of the two 4Runners that I was interested in and explained in detail the features of each. I received a fair trade in price and a great sales price. ( I highly recommend listening to Jerry Reynolds’ CarPro show and using his website with his dealers.) My new 4Runner was delivered to my home and my trade in picked up by Freeman. Everyone from Lexy, the folks in financing to the delivery driver were great. I was completely satisfied with everything and everyone in dealing with Freeman Toyota! More

While I have been working with the same person for over 10 years (Larkin Linder), I now feel cheated when I get sent to the finance department. They are not clear about what you are paying for and I ended 10 years (Larkin Linder), I now feel cheated when I get sent to the finance department. They are not clear about what you are paying for and I ended up paying for something I did not want or need. My monthly payment is $20 higher that what we had agreed upon. Most people would think that is not bad, but what we agreed upon was already $45 higher that what I had been paying. I am not having the easy, breezy experience of 10 years ago! More

My sales person Banky was great, however when I went into the finance office. The guy was trying to sell me on a warranty and I wasn’t budging because of this he said he was going to see if they could get a the finance office. The guy was trying to sell me on a warranty and I wasn’t budging because of this he said he was going to see if they could get a coupon for the warranty to be covered and it not change my payment. He said I was financed by Toyota for 8.5 however with this coupon they could get it down to 7.75 which would take care of the warranty. This is an illegal sales tactic I was very disappointed by this bc I was pregnant and had been buying my second vehicle from them in 6 months bc my car was totaled. More
