Tommy Jordan at the Service Dept was obnoxious and ver very rude. Our second day from leasing the hyundai Tuscon the breaking feature for accidents was not working. We took in to service dept to check it. very rude. Our second day from leasing the hyundai Tuscon the breaking feature for accidents was not working. We took in to service dept to check it. Tommy Jordan right away said”well you are here and not in an accident so we will not check it” we explained that we drove 70 miles to test it. He again refused to check it until his manager came. Not only that when he called for us to pick it up, he said they Didn’t test drive it or check it. They only changed the sensitivity level on it. when we told him we want him to test drive it to check it he said “i am not going to do that! I am not going to drive it erratically like you”. This is uncalled for. He has no idea how we test drove it. More
