I found a pre-owned Alfa Romeo online, and went to check-it out unannounced. Leon C. on the sales staff was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. He accompanied me on the test drive, as I wasn't familiar with the area. He encouraged me drive as long as necessary to fully assess the car (and I did!). I decided to buy the car, and he was helpful every step of the way. The whole process was easy as could be. I recommend this dealership, and Leon, to anyone looking for a new or used car (large inventory of Alfa Romeo vehicles.) More

Buying a car online that you've never seen in person before can be nerve-wracking, but Doug at the Strongsville dealership made it incredibly easy and stress-free. From our very first conversation, he w before can be nerve-wracking, but Doug at the Strongsville dealership made it incredibly easy and stress-free. From our very first conversation, he was professional, responsive, and truly helpful. He walked me through the entire process remotely, answering all my questions promptly and clearly, without any pressure or sales tactics. James was also extremely helpful, informative, professional, and patient with me. In fact, everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to and working with at this dealership were amazing. Even though I wasn’t there in person, Doug made sure everything was handled smoothly—he sent detailed photos, explained all the vehicle features, and ensured I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. He went the extra mile to coordinate delivery and made sure the car arrived exactly as promised—spotless and ready to go. Both Doug and James's honesty, transparency, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a complicated online purchase, into by far the easiest, and best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend asking for Doug if you're buying from Strongsville. But you can't go wrong with anyone there, they just run an absolutely fantastic dealership. Best car buying experience, by far. 100% 5/5 stars!!! Thanks again, Doug and everyone at Alfa Romeo of Strongsville. I look forward to doing more business together in the future! More
