When I reached out to Kylie via email regarding my memorandum title about a month after the sale, she responded quickly and got the title shipped to my house within two days. The car I bought had over 160k miles, but is still running strong after multiple road trips and they were willing to put it on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage before I bought it.
