Great way to lower the bar on customer service by not follow-up with customers. I called my service advisor about six times and not once did he returned my phone call. He was even notified by customer Se follow-up with customers. I called my service advisor about six times and not once did he returned my phone call. He was even notified by customer Service to call back. I needed explanation on a diagnosis and failed to provide the excellent service I was used to by previous service technicians Alex Wong and Alex Ortiz. They probably set the bar too high for Nicholas. I would have done all my work at this dealership but service rep did not earn his commission by failing to follow through. Over $3500 of fees. Perhaps I will reach out to Walters Audi in Ontario since I found out Alex Wong works there. More

I’m not a fan of submitting a review and always felt it was a waste of time and some reviews were false. But I must share my experience with Nick Howard at Walter’s Audi dealership service department whom was a waste of time and some reviews were false. But I must share my experience with Nick Howard at Walter’s Audi dealership service department whom I received the best treatment. He is the most trustworthy, friendly, and patient associate that provided services to my car at a dealership. I originally took my vehicle in for an oil change. During a complimentary inspection Nick found additional work needed. He provided a show and tell video showing and explaining the problem, which would have gone unnoticed without the inspection, and most likely more costly. This was the first time I experienced this. The video was very comforting and served as proof that the additional work needed was not bogus. Most vehicle engineers tell you about a problem but don’t show you. Nick took care of all the paperwork for my extended warranty, provided a complimentary vehicle, and had my vehicle cleaned and ready at the time promised, which was only one day. He also sent appointment reminders and several notifications updating me of the service progress. I will always look for Nick Howard whenever I have a need for service at Walter’s Audi dealership, Sincerely, Sherry More
