He was a Sushi Chef before his interest in automobiles played a huge role in making automotive sales his career. Being fluent in English, Mandarin and a few other Chinese dialects has enabled James to better communicate with his clients and meet their needs. James' approach to his clients has always been with a strong work ethic, combined with sincerity and reliability. His choice of sports is swimming and badminton, while chocolate and a good movie always makes his day.

Im from NYC and I was already on my 2nd leased Maserati. My car had low mileage and I was thinking of just taking over the lease as a purchase but with just 1 week away from my lease maturing I found a simi My car had low mileage and I was thinking of just taking over the lease as a purchase but with just 1 week away from my lease maturing I found a similar CPO Ghibli SQ4 but with 6k mileage less than mines at Criswell Maserati. We were to make a deal over the phone and because James and Krystie were both forthcoming without playing any micky mouse games, everything went so smoothly and I was able to drive down to Maryland the day I was to return my leased vehicle and pick up the new one. I highly recommend James and Criswell dealership for your next vehicle !! More

Made a last minute decision to trade in my sports car (Alfa 4C) for a new Stelvio. Contacted James Tan at Criswell first thing Monday morning, had the deal worked out to my satisfaction by lunch, and wa (Alfa 4C) for a new Stelvio.
