He was a Sushi Chef before his interest in automobiles played a huge role in making automotive sales his career. Being fluent in English, Mandarin and a few other Chinese dialects has enabled James to better communicate with his clients and meet their needs. James' approach to his clients has always been with a strong work ethic, combined with sincerity and reliability. His choice of sports is swimming and badminton, while chocolate and a good movie always makes his day.

Having never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, I was not sure what to expect or the process by which this would be accomplished, but James Tan was very professional, helpful and honest with every aspect of my purchase. From answering questions and sending photos to emailing necessary paperwork for completion of the transaction and then meeting the auto transport truck to ship the car to me, James was top-notch. I could not have asked for a more seamless car buying experience! More

We communicated via email and text and he was very responsive. His knowledge of the product was remarkable - he systematically went through the vehicle with me on delivery, and made sure I was comfortable with the operation (especially of the great information system!). He also gave great tips about features that I would not have thought of. Provided me with all of the purchase and lease options that I wanted to consider. More

New lease purchase We started our process with James Tan over the phone. We told him what car we wanted (Alpha Romeo Giulia) and the price range we needed to be in. When we met James a few days later he showed us the car we discussed. It was nice but after seeing some of the other options we changed our mind on the car. Both James and Robert (the Sales manager) were fabulous! They made the buying experience smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. They make you feel extra special by taking a photograph of you and your family next to your new car. My children got a kick out of this. We will be sure to send any friends and family in the market for a new car to Criswell Maserati-Alfa Romeo More
