The dealership was great. I want to say thank you to James Taylor he was awesome and such a gentleman. He deserves the ABOVE and BEYOND award. He carries these values, Integrity, kindhearted, He mentioned to me that he was short staff and he is a ONE TEAM player he was out in the service department getting cars in the service line taking their information. Integrity he was very honorable and I felt very trustworthy with him. If you are a "Hard-to-Sell-to Customer" (Like Me) who knows what you want and just wants your questions answered....then this is the dealership you should be buying from.... Period. Every dealership along with their employees will have there bad days and this one is no exception. But in the world we are living in today, I have not found a better team more dedicated to customer service, finding out answers and truly treating the customer like they come first. Just remember, the guys and gals on the other side of the desk are human too and they are not making the money you think they are making when you are spending a small fortune that these vehicles cost today.
