Mike Pazda was an amazing sales team member to work with. I had a hard time getting a car because my previous car was totaled, and even tho I paid it off we had issues proving it was. He came rushing back and forth from the back office giving me multiple updates while talking to the lenders. He was very patient as I searched for proof of payment from my insurance that the previous car was paid off. He gave me great idea on saving money with cars too! Overall Mike is a great person to work with. Even tho he got sick and couldn’t finalize the deal with me the following day after I acquired the proof. I had Mark Masen assisting me the next day and he was very professional and helpful through the whole journey. The finance team member that assisted me too was also helpful and tried his hardest to get me fully covered and he accomplished that very efficiently. Overall my experience was fantastic! Great people to talk to and not looking to rip people off. More

BUYERS BEWARE! I recently purchased an Atlas Cross Sport from your dealership. John was my salesperson, and made for a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ve only had a little over a week with the vehicle, so when John texted me to contact him regarding paperwork, I was concerned. Upon speaking with John, I was notified that my bill of sale needed to be signed. I was confused, as I thought all paperwork was complete when I took possession of the vehicle. Even during signing, the finance guy, whose name is Howard I believe, apologized for the long wait due to paperwork having to be done by hand. I have a busy schedule, and do not live near the dealership, so I explained to John that the soonest I could come in would be Friday. To my surprise, someone in background rudely interjected, beckoning me to come in sooner. He did not identify himself and placed blame on other coworkers for not notifying me that I would need to make an additional trip to the dealership after purchasing. I later asked for the gentlemen’s name, whose was Eric I believe, and I explained the same details that I’d previously shared with John. After a bit of unnecessary back-and-forth with Eric, he accepted my availability. As you can imagine, I now feel differently about my experience with Volkswagen Highland. In addition to the inconvenience of returning to the dealership, at no fault of my own, I was pestered and rudely spoken to by a member of your staff that I had never encountered. Additionally, the pay off for my trade in was processed incorrectly. I am awaiting an answer on that issue! More

My husband and I had been searching for a replacement to our failed 2018 Infiniti for several months when I decided to stop by City Volkswagen in Highland, IN. I was immediately greeted by Keith Coleman who was extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, transparent, and most importantly, respected our budget! At the time, my husband and I were also still interested in other vehicles so we didn’t finalize that day. Keith stayed in close contact to find out how our search was going and when I shared the types of cars we were looking at elsewhere (Lincoln Nautilus and Lexus 350), he immediately recommended that we come back in and check out the Atlas Cross Sport Premium R Line. We had not previously looked at this trim as I was adamant about the budget we were sticking to. When we returned to the VW dealership, Keith had a car waiting for us to test drive. We absolutely loved it and walked out with that very car within 2 hours! Keith and the finance manager, James Thomas, did everything they could to ensure we had the car we loved while still staying at a good price point. I can’t say enough about Keith and salespeople who care more about people than sales. It makes all the difference in the world and Keith now has a customer for life. Also, we love our new Cross Sport! It gives the same luxury feel as Lincoln and Lexus, but with a much sportier ride. Best of both worlds. More

We were unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle and City Volkswagen came recommended to us. With no time to actually research any vehicles, we talked with Mark about what we were currently in, what our City Volkswagen came recommended to us. Mark recommended an SUV similar to what we had just lost and one slightly bigger. He was thorough on the enhancements and safety features but not pushy one way or the other between the two vehicles. Within a few hours we left that day with a new Taos and couldn’t be more thrilled! More
