I was, in fact, rude and not because they had did anything wrong but personal issues. They still treated me with care, understanding, and support without making me feel bad for my situation. Joe is one of a kind and shines bright in authenticity and care for his customers and their specific needs. The finance advisor, James-also handled my situation with strength and extreme care, working to relieve me of any further burdens outside of my situation. Having PTSD and not being able to control symptoms is embarrassing and debilitating and this staff banded together and guided me right through, even when I was in fight or flight and being so short and rude. They will listen. They will understand and work hard to see you and assist you in the best possible way. My sincerest apologies but also my full gratitude. I was communicating through text so that I wouldn't have to spend many hours at the dealership. Get there, the car that were transferring still hadn't arrived even though I was told it would be there hours to spend many hours at the dealership. Get there, the car that were transferring still hadn't arrived even though I was told it would be there hours before..because the vehicle wasn't there they wanted me to walk the lot and see if there was anything else I might want. I told them before making the appt that my son had a game that and I only had 2 hours, it definitely took longer than that. Which is why I was trying to do as much as I could through text/emails. I would just appreciate honesty through the whole process, especially when I was communicating exactly what I wanted and willing to do, don't try to up sale and keep me there longer than needed! Then I had to track them down multiple times just to get my paperwork to take to the BMV since I never received it in the mail. More
