I want to thank Lameshia, she is a true star and I greatly appreciate her help in getting me into my new Volkswagen Cross Sport. I was communicating through text so that I wouldn't have to spend many hours at the dealership. Get there, the car that were transferring still hadn't arrived even though I was told it would be there hours to spend many hours at the dealership. Get there, the car that were transferring still hadn't arrived even though I was told it would be there hours before..because the vehicle wasn't there they wanted me to walk the lot and see if there was anything else I might want. I told them before making the appt that my son had a game that and I only had 2 hours, it definitely took longer than that. Which is why I was trying to do as much as I could through text/emails. I would just appreciate honesty through the whole process, especially when I was communicating exactly what I wanted and willing to do, don't try to up sale and keep me there longer than needed! Then I had to track them down multiple times just to get my paperwork to take to the BMV since I never received it in the mail. More

Joe was AMAZING to work with in the purchase of my new car!! From the start of finding my desired car at your dealership to the time of my arrival at the dealership my family and I were treated like first car!!
