Did service I didn't want. Sat for 3 hours only to find out they did the recall I told them not to do because I didn't have time. James knows it was a bad experience. He made an apology but that doesn't help with the meetings I had to reschedule. He asked me if they did anything right. I had to say no and James knew that. More
