Charles was EXTREMELY patient with me, explained everything, repeatedly made himself available for me. He is an excellent representative. He put in a phone call to the workers to update me on timi everything, repeatedly made himself available for me. He is an excellent representative. I need to. return in August for an oil change and inspection after spending almost three hours there. Should receive reminder before oil change needed.
