I had been car shopping for a couple of weeks and still hadn't decided on which car I wanted to get, I had it narrowed down to 3, each from a different dealer, at this point I had not visited Dorsch Ford y hadn't decided on which car I wanted to get, I had it narrowed down to 3, each from a different dealer, at this point I had not visited Dorsch Ford yet. A friend of mine suggested that I take a look at the Kia Optima, I had been so overwhelmed with making a choice, I didn't think I wanted to throw yet another car into the mix of possibilities, however, my husband and I decided to stop in at Dorsch Ford Kia. We were greeted by Becki Kollman, not at all your stereotypical "salesperson" personality. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the direction of cars that we would be interested in, one being the Kia Optima. This was the first car that both my husband and I were drawn to equally. We loved it! Then we test drove it - we knew this was the car that we wanted and our search had ended. Becki did a phenomenal job of explaining all features. She was very kind and personable. James Vertz and Becki were also very patient and understanding as we discussed our financing options, choosing the best plan to meet our needs. In addition, when going over the final paperwork with Cody, I was more than impressed with his efficiency and willingness to go out of his way to make sure all my loose ends were tied up before I left his office with insurance, Registration Fee Trust, etc. He answered all my questions and when I left his office, I felt even more excited about my new purchase. Earlier, James had summed it up perfectly, he said "people are not afraid to buy a car, they are afraid to buy the wrong car" I could completely relate to that statement, however, now I feel confident that I bought the right car for me. I have absolutely loved driving my new Kia Optima and have enjoyed the compliments from everyone that has seen it. Becki has continued to check in with me to make sure that I don't have any questions about any of the features of the car. She is top notch! I have already recommended Dorsch Ford Kia (and the Kia Optima) to people that I know that are in the market for a new car. I know if they have the same experience that I had, they will be as thrilled as I am. - Gina More

Casey was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was courteous, approachable, answered our questions quickly and accurately, and even proactive - he answered the questions we didn't know to ask. He was courteous, approachable, answered our questions quickly and accurately, and even proactive - he answered the questions we didn't know to ask. He was great at keeping us in the loop regarding our additions to the truck and delivery status. Casey made sure that we were able to see all of our options and that we were comfortable with our final decision. We could not be happier with our experience with Casey and are so happy with our new truck! More

Great dealership. We had an excellent experience there. They have a garage to pull cars in which was great because it was miserable outside. Everyone at the Dorsch dealership was friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Casey, was great at getting my questions answered on the new Kia Optima that I purchased. He made the transaction go very smoothly and made us feel at ease about our purchase. Everyone even stayed after closing to help us get in to our new car. Now THAT is great customer service.
