Multiple Tire Issues I had my car towed to the dealership with one flat tire and a nail in the other one. Zach was extremely patient, friendly and informative. He kept me I had my car towed to the dealership with one flat tire and a nail in the other one. Zach was extremely patient, friendly and informative. He kept me up to date with exactly what was happening with my tires and was able to repair them both without needing to replace either of them. Jami was also great! I feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of Acura Columbus! More

Excellent Service Experience I had a great experience when I brought my car in for service. jami always takes care of me when I come in. She goes the extra mile to be sure all of I had a great experience when I brought my car in for service. jami always takes care of me when I come in. She goes the extra mile to be sure all of my concerns are addressed and resolved. Larry and another man in service listened to my "car noises" and didn't treat me like I was crazy or hearing things. Acura Columbus is the only dealer I've ever taken my car to and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else due to the service I get. Eddie always has a smile and a friendly hello and he remembers me which I think is incredible given all of the people he interacts with every day. More
