Very busy this day. It seemed the service agents were overwhelmed. No real urgency to the check in proceedure. Waited in line well over 25 minutes before getting any attention. I have been dealing with this quick lane for years and this was the wost experience to date. I atributed this to Covid economy and not enough trained employees. Story of the USA right now. More

We paid our hard earned money to purchase the premium maintenance package. The last time I took it in for squeaky breaks. The lady that helped me in the morning and said she understood the issue and we w maintenance package. The last time I took it in for squeaky breaks. The lady that helped me in the morning and said she understood the issue and we would take care of it, calls me at noon and forgets who I am. She proceeds to sell me new break pads and says that Ford recommends them between 4 and 5 mm. Would you like us to do them sir, she said. I said are they not covered by my premium maintenance package? She then stopped talking to me for 45 minutes and then comes back and says uh yeah yours will not be covered until they reach 3 to 4 mm. So the public is sold break pads between 4 and 5 mm and we that ignorantly purchased the “Premium Maintenance Package “ for thousands have to wait for more possible damage! Ridiculous and completely predatory. I’m very discounted with Ford especially Phil Long! More

Twice I came to this dealership to get just my oil changed. And twice was told the wait was over 5 hours! I was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight they could get to it the next day. Was changed. And twice was told the wait was over 5 hours! I was told if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight they could get to it the next day. Was told they are down numerous technicians. Phil Long is struggling to maintain and hire new technicians to staff their service dept. There can be a myriad of reasons for this but I think one must first examine the reason/s why people are leaving there. Phil Long is in danger of losing many loyal customers like me. Jamie in service is by far the most friendly and efficient. Long story short, the oil change took a little over 2 hours. More

The service that Phil Long Ford/Quick Lanes provides is unlike any other dealership, which makes sense they are apart of Ford. Won’t be trusting my Raptor with anyone else, EVER. I’m always provided with exceptional in sight, updates and, money saving suggestions when I bring my truck in. I have no problem spending money here. More
